Friday, October 23, 2009. Birth Story and Pix! And a little earlier than expected too! Here is the story. At about 10pm on Sat. I started to have contractions. I really just thought they would go away. But about an hour later they were 1.5 min. apart and I was in PAIN! I told Mike that it was time to go to the hospital. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Tonight Mike decided that he wanted to make Chocolate Chip Cookies. And after borrowing some chocolate chips from some wonderful neighbors.(thanks Keri! We had all the ingredients. Mike has been wanting to cook and bake recently. He even wants to make bread! I really hope he sticks with it! Nothing sexier than a man in an apron! Anyways, Hunter LOVED the cookies. But Ryker couldn't get enough! This is Hunter after eating the cookies! Everyday I walk by knowing how dusty it is!

Monday, October 18, 2010. My heart can't take this! Hunter turned 4 on Wed. And Ryker turned 1 today! This is happening too fast! I can't believe that it has already been a year since I had Ryk. It totally seems like it was yesterday! So, we had a little party with the family. We had pizza (his fav) and I made him a chocolate cake. Of course, he ate all of his cake! Saturday, January 29. This year the Beehive class got to do the New Beginnigs program for church. We were all pretty excited. The theme we went with was "Lord's ARMY (A Righteous Mormon Youth)" with a B.O.O.T. Camp focus (Building Our Own Testimonies). I was able to get some posters and banners from an Army Recruiting office, and one of the other leaders was able to get a TON of camo netting from her friend at Camp Williams, so awesome! Then there was a little "Field Training" course for them to do.

Monday, October 24. Milk and Cookies on the Farm Party. I am finally posting a few pics from Avery's birthday party. We did it this year at Wheeler Farm in Salt Lake, and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the animals and there was enough things to do that I didn't have to plan any games. We had a milk and cookie buffet for refreshments. For party favors, the kids made their own special cookie mixes. I had all the dry ingredients in a jar and they added their own chocolate chips, m&m's, oats, etc. You can...

Wednesday, April 27. My sweet hubby turned the big 3-0 this year. I wanted to do something fun for him, but didn't want to go with the traditional "Over the Hill" idea because I will be there in 2 more years and don't want to think of it as that old either! So I went with a "Trophy Husband" theme, all about him with a fun twist to it! Here are some (alot actually) pictures of the party decorations, we all know I get a little camera happy, sorry! I love dessert tables! Trophy Husband kits for the men.

Friday, December 2. I have been so excited for Chrismas this year, I am not sure why this year is any different, but I am! Even so that we set up our Christmas before we left to Disneyland. The kids were really into it this year too. So I took out some old little pine trees that we had at our old home and let the kids each put one in their room and decorate for their own with some old ornaments we saved. It was so cute to see them get all excited and put on each one. My favorite detail is the top hat!

Saturday, September 3. 1st Week of Kindergarten. Mason started Kindergarten this week! It's official, I am getting old(er)! It was a mixture of happiness and sadness. Happy because he was so excited and to see him grow and learn, sad because he is just getting big so fast.
