Friday, July 8, 2011. It's been too long! So much has changed since I last posted. She has seems to be on a mental upswing, learning like crazy! She healed wonderfully from her spine surgery! The school district is supposed to be providing her with an iPad and working with her on it for communication. Aimee graduated high school in Dec. Then turned 18 in May. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She keeps going and going! How sweet is that! Incision site looks beautiful! First time up to cruise in the wheelchair! NEAT shower cap that has some special waterless shampoo in it, the nurse gave her a wonderful head massage in the mean time! ALL READY TO GO! Nana is so comforting! Ahhhh finally kicking back at home! We were sprung from the hospital on Sun! We are settled back in at home now though and it feels so great! Celia is doing well considering! What a trooper Celia is!

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Celia is so amazing! Alright, alright, so we all already knew Celia was amazing BUT since this surgery it has just reiterated to me just how amazing she is! She is doing so well! Feeds are back to normal, she is almost off pain meds, getting up and walking quite a bit(in fact we have to MAKE her sit down and hide her walker because she goes until she is shaking! Tuesday, August 10, 2010. AND we are off to Denver again. It has been a month since Celia's surgery! I can't believe it has been a month! We have been so blessed that she was dismissed after a week, we got to come home and finish recovery in the comforts of home, and that her recovery has gone so beautifully!
