I've been meaning to blog, I have tons and tons of pictures, but it seems whenever I want to come to this space, something else comes up. That's life. After work everyday, I take a little time with my flowers and camera. It's magical to me that I plant little seeds and with rain, sunshine and God's hand, these huge sunflowers grow. Friday, 15 August 2014. Really love your dragon feet. My Dragon Socks are finished, on the blockers and have found their way into my heart. Last night I had a disaster when winding my most beautiful stash yarn. If anybody knows of a good tip for winding these I would be grateful. I am in a quandary about this yarn. I had originally thought I would make a Hitchiker. Of course I could always make socks but I already have a plan for some of those. Today I am linking up to a new place, Fibre Arts Friday.

Tuesday, 31 March 2015. Miss Maggie (an Alicia Paulson Pattern). I'm popping by to show you my finished Miss Maggie. I loved making her, though I found her boots a little bit fiddly (they were well worth it in the end), and I'm not convinced about the cape! The pattern itself was so beautifully written and easy to follow. I didn't buy the kit and was able to get by using just scraps I had at home other than one large piece of grey felt.
