Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Here are some highlights though:. We baked. A Lot. I tried a new recipe and it was the best! Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies. If you don't like candy canes, you can always dip them in coconut, crushed walnuts, sprinkles or butterscotch candies. They were so so yummy and would be fun for kids to make too! We had a beautiful Christmas tree. Still do actually. We don't take our tree down until the day after Epiphany (Jan. 7th). Not familiar with Epiphany? Money, you can't lose.
