So last night while stumbling upon an interesting blog, I found a recipe for peanut butter granola (pbfingers.com). I was very inspired to immediately go into the kitchen, and did just that! I made a protein bar of sorts for my daughter for lunch with this recipe. It was not as solid as a normal bar, because I did not have any canola oil! Preheat oven to 325. 3 tbsp peanut butter.

Simple and quick, and low calorie! One banana (sliced, then frozen). 1/3 cup almond milk (30 calorie per cup, not sweetened). Yes that Is really it! You can optionally add 1-2 tablespoons of free whip cream, which can be blended or a topping. Calories: 105 (add 15 for each Tbls whip cream).
