News & Events. Upon returning home to the Rogue Valley in 1994 he landed the Chef position at the McCully House Inn, and quickly became an award winning chef in Southern Oregon also. He participated and won all 3 of the top awardsat the Vintage Food and Wine Festival. In addition to owning and operating his own restaurant Chef Prahl does consulting and menu development. Chef Prahl also contributes his time and services to a number of charities and events. Open: Wed. - Sun. 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
