I går ble det litt baking igjen. Vi fikk lyst på skolebrød, eller skoleboller som noen også kaller det. 1 pk fersk gjær. Vaniljekrem, her bestemmer du selv om du vil bruke ferdigkjøpt eller lage selv. Smuldre gjær i en bakebolle, tilsette alt tørre utenom hvetemel. Del smøret i terninger og legg i bakebollen. Varm litt på melken, til fingervarm.Hell den i bakebollen sammen med hvetemel. Slå på kjøkkenmaskina og arbeid deigen godt sammen.La det elte ca 20 minutter. La de etterheve 15 min før du lager en.
