I play hockey, have for a long time. Now that I'm not on the ice as often as when I played midget or varsity, Ive noticed several changes. Well, back to square one. THIS IS A BLOG ENTRY THAT I SAVED IN DRAFTS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. And its all coming together now. So, 2011 is off to a nice start! I taught spin today for 1hr and then I went for a lovely walk with a new friend/Fitnessis4u member.
