http://wolfemantri10.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 22 November 2011. Alanya Cup Race and Agadir Cup Race. Alanya European cup race. The bike was a bit manic at points with people giving sprint bursts, but this had little effect and didn't help us catch pack of 4 in front that had got away in swim, by the end of bike i was glad to get off as my wrists and hands were killing me after riding the 40k on block paving. Agadir African Cup Race. I would also like to thank my sponsors for all there help this year with supporting me throughout the season.

Thursday, 7 June 2012. 7th Thursday, Wind 28 mph, Temp14 deg. 87 hours in the saddle, 896 miles covered. Sitting here listening to the radio and the Eurythmics singing "Here comes the rain again". Looking out of the window the rain is lashing down and has been all day. Today was to have been an easier day with only 50 miles to cover in preparation for tomorrows final day, unfortunately the weather decided to work against us with 50 miles feeling more like 500. Last day tomorrow - Can't wait. After eleven...
