هر آنچه کودکان دلبندمان دوست دارند. ساعت ۱۱:٥٥ ق.ظ روز ۱۳۸۸/۱٠/٢٩. ساعت ٩:٠٩ ق.ظ روز ۱۳۸۸/٥/٢٠. شایان کم کم داره یاد میگیره که بعضی از کلمات ساده رو بگه. مثلا به آب میگه بی ، به پلو میگه بو ، به سگ میگه هابو ، یه چیز جالب به عمه میگه ناناز ، بشین رو میگه بیش و به بلند شدن(پاشو) میگه پوش و . خیلی از کلمات رو هم درست تلفظ میکنه مثل ماما ، بابا ، عمو ، پارک ، تاب ، اسب و. خیلی کارهای بامزه و جالبی میکنه. از دیدین کارتون تام و جری لذت میبره. فیلمهای خانوادگی خودش رو هم خیلی دوست داره. عکس های جدید شایان.

Tuesday, 14 January 2014. I made this delicious mediterranean quiche for my two girls yesterday and they loved it. It is yummy, packed full of vegetables and easy to make. It is also very tasty cold so is good for leftovers. Sounds good to me! Mediterranean Quiche (serves 4). 320g packet shortcrust pastry. Small red bell pepper. 50g feta, cubed. 1/2 - 1 tbsp oats. 4 x large eggs. Seasoning (I used black pepper, dried mixed herbs, a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of chilli powder).
