Manangoora Station is a pastoral lease over an area of 550 square miles where the descendants of Norwegian immigrant Andre (Andy) Anderson and his wife Alice Yumbara, a Garrawa woman have run a cattle station since the 1920’s. Stephen Anderson, his brothers Robert and Bill and his cousins all work the cattle station together with each of them allocated part of the 550 square miles to work and generate income from the pastoral lease. Stephen and his duaghter Stephanie Manage Manangoora Tourism.

Manangoora Station is on the Savannah Way in the Gulf of Carpentaria region 100km east of Borroloola. From Borroloola, take the Savannah Way (Wollogorang Road) east towards the Queensland border.
