This was a blog of Tamaki Intermediate School. Monday, September 20, 2010. What I enjoyed this term! This term we have been doing a lot of singing. We sing with Whaea Kathy on Monday’s. Whaea Kathy is a lot of fun because she makes it exciting for us. She has taught us alot of new songs but the songs I enjoy the most is the Rarotongan song and Si Ya Hama. My highlight for the term of course is singing with Whaea Kathy and I am going to miss her because she will not be back. Monday, September 13, 2010.

Tamaki Intermediate Year 7 - Pikelets. 1 household tbsp golden syrup. 1c self rasing flour. Enough butter to rub. Dip an ordinary tablespoon in hot water and measure the golden syrup with it. Put in the bowl with butter and warm to soften both. Mix in sugar, milk and egg. Add flour then mix with a beater until just smooth.
