Many people go to the gym, work out hard, and then leave thinking that’s it. Little do they ralize, their diet is just as important as their workout. How can you build muscle without feeding it? You can’t. Remember, inside the gym is where you tear muscle down and outside the gym is where you build it up. Calories consist of protein, carbohydrates, or fat.

تو شب تاریکم تو تو صبحو کردی نقاشی/ اگه یه وقت نبودی فردا چی/ دلم تنگ شده. دلم تنگ شده. از خواب که بیدار شده بودم صدایت نبود. آفتاب درحال تلاش بود تا خود را از لای پرده ی اتاقم پرت کند توی اتاق و بغلم کند. بودن صدایت لازم است. هوای حوصله ام امروز ابری بود که صدایت نبود. هوایم را فوت کردم بیرون و افتاد روی خورشید و ابری شد.هوای زمین هوای من شد. از خواب که بیدار شدم کش و قوسی به خودم دادم و موهایم را در بالا ترین نقطه ی ممکن بسته بودم. از دیشب تا حالا به حد کافی در نبود دستانت و در بی کسی جولان داده بودند.
