The chipotle seasoning gives it the smoky flavor and combined with the pepper jack cheese give it a bit of a bite. Everyone knows currant flavors go great with pork - cherries, pomegranates, any dark berry, really. If root beer and Coca-Cola can be used in pork and poultry recipes, why not the black cherry soda I found a hell of a deal on? 3 pounds of country style ribs. 2 bottles (3-4 cups) black cherry soda (I used IBC). 1/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tbsp white vinegar.
