The cheering had barely stopped when the spinning began about how Cain won because voters wanted to "send a message" to Perry and Romney. And those were the Republican pundits. The Democrat talking heads said he's not a serious candidate. So did Bill O'Reilly(O'Reilly is Irish loosely translated into to pompous ass). Why? The better question to ask is, Why Not?
