12300;相遇，不是用來生氣的」. 當自己快抓不住情緒時， 想想這句話－應該會讓煩忙的生活加些微笑的因子吧. 有一天，他要外出雲遊一段時間，臨行前交待弟子︰要好好照顧寺裡的蘭花。 在這段期間，弟子們總是細心照顧蘭花，但有一天在澆水時卻不小心將蘭花架碰倒了，所有蘭花盆都跌碎了，蘭花散了滿地。 弟子們都因此非常恐慌，打算等師父回來後，向師父賠罪領罰。 現代禪師回來了，聞知此事，便召集弟子們，不但沒有責怪，反而說道︰. 12300;我種蘭花，一來是希望用來供佛，二來也是為了美化寺廟環境，不是為了生氣而種蘭花的。」. 現代禪師說得好︰「不是為了生氣而種蘭花的。」. 而禪師之所以看得開，是因為他雖然喜歡蘭花，但心中卻無蘭花這個罣礙。 因此，蘭花的得失，並不影響他心中的喜怒。 同樣地，在日常生活中，我們牽掛得太多，我們太在意得失，所以我們的情緒起伏，我們不快樂。 12300;我不是為了生氣而工作的。」. 12300;我不是為了生氣而教書的。」. 12300;我不是為了生氣而交朋友的。」. 12300;我不是為了生氣而作夫妻的。」. 12300;我不是為了生氣而生兒育女的。」. 接觸不同的人，閱讀不同...
