Monday, November 3, 2014. Crock Pot Potato Soup. Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup. 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns. 1 32 oz box of chicken broth. 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz). 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free). 3 oz bacon bits. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the potatoes in the crockpot. Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Saturday, December 29, 2007. I haven't posted over here in ages. Wow. Well, it's past Christmas, but I am going to post one of my favorite Christmas candies ever. I first had this when we lived in Washington. It is to die for, and not so very hard to make either. 1 lb brown sugar. 2 pkgs. (3 oz) sliced, unblanched almonds. Butter bottom of 9x13 pan. I hope you enjoy it too. 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets (regular sized bag, I sometimes use two bags). 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken. 1 10 3/4 can cream of chicken or celery soup ( I use campbell's chicken gravy instead because of MSG). 1/4 teaspoon curry ( I use a little more). Monday, January 30, 2012. Reece's Peanut Butter Banana Bread. First saw this on Pinterest and followed it over to Cookies and Cups. 3 very ripe bananas, mashed. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 8 oz bag of Reese’s Mini cups. Preheat oven to 350. Grease your loaf pan (I used an 8 x 4 pan) with butter or shortening. In a large bowl stir together your bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg and sugars.

Sunday, February 5, 2012. 1 pound (16 ounces) ground beef. 1/2 cup diced white onion. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce. 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese. 2 cups mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley. 6 uncooked lasagna noodles. In a large skillet brown beef and onion. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Links to this post. 1 1/2 cup oats.
