Torsdag 17 november 2011. Årets sista blomma - en blekgul örebroare! Tänk att den lyckades blomma till sist - innan vintern - solrosen från Örebro. Redan i oktober märkte vi att något hände med de redan långa stjälkarna, de liksom styvnade och reste sig ännu längre upp mot skyn och började knoppa till sig i topparna. Förra året fick vi en liten frösådd planta av Helianthus maximiliani från Per och Margareta, de ivriga frösamlarna och entusiasterna som vi träffat genom Glanshammars trädgårdsförening.
