A bit of history. This brilliant wine boasts a pale golden robe. The nose of this dry white blends aromas of hawthorn with grades of linden-tree, verbena and elder tree. This fruity white is a good accompaniment to Cap-Ferret oysters or seafood. To be served at around 11-12 C. 80% sauvignon blanc, 20% sémillon. Gilbert and Gaillard 2015.
