Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Bobby and I celebrated 5 years of marriage in November. We were supposed to go out to eat and then stay the night in the nice, newly renovated, historic hotel. The night before I got the stomach bug. Sick all night long! Definitely a memorable anniversary. Well, we just postponed the date to the next weekend. Friday, September 26, 2014. When I was younger you would hear older people say how fast time goes. I remember thinking, "Yea, I guess! But now that I'm 'older' I'm realizing how fast time really does fly. My sweet little boy is 4 months old already. We are so blessed to be his parents! He's such a joy! Asa is playing more and more now! And smiles and talks all the time! Love you Asa Barret more and more! We had such a good time, mainly cause we got to see daddy everyday. We had our own little house.

He makes "vroom" sounds for anything with wheels. And rolls it back and forth on whatever. the floor, table, me. This little boy is always on the go. He loves loves loves the outdoors. I've taken the magazine for years, and have seen the trends sway to and fro. I chuckled when I saw this month's feature - also under the title of "Bargain of the Month". There's a really sweet story that goes along with it! I cut the checkers from scrap lumber with a hole saw, and painted them, and Mike built some really neat clips for storage.
