What has happened to inner strength? I've bounced around to a number of journals and I'm beginning to wonder about the current generation of younger "adults" stumbling through their lives. What's with all the bitching and moaning and whining and cutting and talk of suicide? And all this talk of "finding closure" is BULLSHIT. Eleven years have passed and it still hurts. What is it with people these days? Right now I am doing a gig as a security guard in a grocery store and I have more than ample opportunity to observe people and the things they do. I'm not talking about their shopping choices. While most people exhibit acceptable and "normal" behavior, quite a few persist in questionable behavior that ranges from anti-social to just plain dumbshit. Don't believe me?
