Noël Thétaz et ses deux fils, Angelin et Didier, vinifiaient et commercialisaient déjà leurs propres vins vingt ans plus tôt, sous l'appellation Noël Thétaz et Fils. L’amour de la vigne et du vin remonte à des temps bien plus anciens dans cette famille dont l'histoire est étroitement ancrée dans le terroir.
