Joseph Manduke - Life and Outdoors
http://josephmanduke.blogspot.com/2008/04/love-in-ten-in-place-that-tells-tales.html
Tuesday, April 29, 2008. In a place that tells the tales of time by tides and windswept coast, I lie. And when the moon peeks out of rushing clouds, I wept for that found and unfound. No place that time has left such mark, a stasis of my heart,. Without record beyond the scorns I find the deep silence in the night. All stays silent now awaiting the birth of the new day: renewed in pleasant. Light as sky renews the heart and mind in a quiet time, renewed again. No love is pure if heart is not the same.

Joseph Manduke - Life and Outdoors: From the short story, "Kinzua Gums"
http://josephmanduke.blogspot.com/2008/05/from-short-story-kinzua-gums.html
Thursday, May 8, 2008. From the short story, "Kinzua Gums". Excerpt from the fishing short story: “Kinzua Gums”. So we headed out from Doylestown in the leaky mustang on a mission of pure exploration. My fishing pal and high school buddy Joe riding shotgun. I had installed a tape player in my pony and we had one tape. It was an early Beatles tape, and as I write these words I can still hear odes to the Norwegian woods and the familiar voices of Paul and John. My fishing friend and fellow high school juni...

I am trying to repair the way the link shows the first page. Any and all comments on this and my other projects are most welcome. Labels: michelle rene perry. Joseph Manduke's Original Essays.

Selections of older diary entries and recent writings. Thursday, August 5, 2010. August on the Island. July was a truly wonderful month. It was the best summer month that I have experienced in many years. The dimming of unpleasant partings and sad memories yielded to fishing, camping, and all kinds of pool parties, barbeque's. And new friends. Released from various restrictive relationships-of all kinds, I am finally able to enjoy my toys, truck, friends and fishing gear. And other computer resources.
