Adventures of the family! Thursday, February 25, 2010. So Lily has been learning about the first Presidents of our country this past month. Today she was coloring the "inside of the white house" for school. As she was sitting at the table coloring she said."Hey mom. Were you a baby when Abraham Lincoln. I said no. Then I went and examined my wrinkles in the bathroom mirror. So, the other day Lily and I were watching "Ever After" (Which by the way. I love! I had never seen it before! Well, uh, at least.

Adventures of the family! Monday, June 11, 2012. Heath time on a Solar Eclipse Sunday afternoon. I look forward to the Sunday's we spend time at "Gramma Cynthia's" and "Grampa John's" house. It's so nice outside and very relaxing. We love when "Grampa John" builds a fire and brings out the marshmallows! And Dan loves playing Frisbee with Jenny. Bridger says, "Yep. cool it down Grampa! Is it still hot? Yeah you hold it and I'll just eat it! It's a bird. it's a plane. it's a Frisbee! Lily at the Dentist.

Thank you to the Lowry's for letting us use their truck, The heath's for the use of the trailer and for the dirt (it came from their new window wells) Our little corner raised bed is almost complete! The boys were also invited to come swimming over at the Larsen's. They had a ton of fun (even though it only lasted for about 45 minutes because they all got too cold :). YAY for Summer FUN! Me and My Sweetie.

Our annual visit to Hogle Zoo was as warm as usual and tons of fun as usual :) The theme this summer was "ZooRasic Park". They had anamatronic dinosaurs throughout the park and extra learning centers and displays. The kids LOVED it. Except when the giant T-Rex let out a giant growl and his head moved down. Yep, that's DR SCOTT! For those of you who watch the Dinosaur Train! Who knew that he was an actual paleontologist?

Tiny moments make BIG memories. Thursday, May 31, 2012. Payton got a "New" pair of boots (Thanks Meredith for the hand-me-downs :) He wears them CONSTANTLY! Gotta love the piggy tails! Priceless Pics should instead be named "Kaitlyn parading in crazy outfits :)". Love Love Love Love Love Love this little girl! Lots of Neighbors and tramp tumbling. This bee the size of a humming-bird is constantly on our front flowers. Lawk is afraid to come to our front door! Max and Miss Kaitlyn playing with the pebbles.

Tiny moments make BIG memories. Thursday, June 21, 2012. For June's Relief Society Activity we learned how to make yummy frosting and decorate cookies. I am NEVER using a butter knife to decorate cookies or cupcakes EVER AGAIN! Jenny's Mother and Sister in Law showed us how to use plastic wrap and a bag of frosting to make the cutest designs on cookies. The palm tree and carrot were my favorite. Service really is sweet. 1 Cube Blue Bonnet margarine. 1 tsp almond extract. 51/2 C Powdered Sugar.

Sunday, June 21, 2015. Japan Days: nine, ten, eleven, twelve. On our way to Miyajima Island we stopped in Hiroshima. To get there we had several different forms of transportation. First a normal subway train to this platform. Here is the first bullet train we rode in Japan. They are super super fast and the inside looks like airplane seats complete with trays for food. We also rode a bus and took this trolley. As you can see it is located right next to this pretty river. This is a replica of the island.

Tuesday, October 30, 2012. We are enjoying our little home and will post more pictures when the inside actually looks like a home and not box land (it's getting there). It's hard to get motivated to unpack and decorate when you've just spent and hour fighting traffic trying to get home. It will get where I want it eventually. Since living in Texas, we have:. Watched the Texas Rangers Play. Explored our new city. Cheered on the Tide from Cowboy Stadium. Experienced our first rodeo. Found a good church.
