No longer adventures in Korea, more like Life in the ROK. Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Mark and I have registered for our first race! We are going to run a 10km at Dadaepo Beach. On May 22. I'm a little freaked out. I know that I can do it. Its just I have never actually competed in a race before. It will be some good motivation for my training. I will be faster and stronger. I guess I will have to go to the gym everyday for another month so that I can make good use of the freebie. Goals are an excellent motivator. Small goals make everything else achievable. I like having goals (currently I feel a little lost). Accomplish one goal and you won't be able to get enough.

Just wanted to share. A blog about my life and all the random happenings that come along with it. Friday, September 23, 2016. Since I have shared the boys birth stories, I figured we would round things out with one more. We used the birth center again, and if you are curious about that then check out Levi's birth story part 1. I went into more detail about how it might differ from a hospital birth. And nearly cause him to jump into oncoming traffic. We arrived at 8:30am. I was already at 7cm and 90%!
