Come with me as I journey to a healthier me! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. I went to the gym this morning to find that the instructor was ill, so her friend, a dancer took the class for her. We were suppose to do weight circuits. Today and I was pumped about it! I feel like I can feel my muscles growing when I pump iron. No such luck! The dancer wanted to teach.you guessed it.dance. I DON'T DANCE! Off to make dinner. Ciao! Tuesday, April 28, 2009. I don't like broccoli. Going to get Caleb. Love to all!

Can't wait to hear how you like Tae Bo! I tried it for about 2 weeks and liked it a lot. You really feel like you're "doing" something. I'm glad your guru made you feel better about your progress. Even those Biggest Loser people have times when they work their butts off and see very little "progress". :o).

Come with me as I journey to a healthier me! Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Okayso today, I visited a nutrition consultant and we looked at my livestrong. Food log. She said I needed more fruit, veggies, and fiber and less sodium. I LOVE salt. I crave it! It's hard for me to not eat it. This is something I'm really going to have to work on. Fiber. ewww. I think of Metamucil powder in water when I think of fiber. Veggies have a lot of fiber, but how what kind and and how do I prepare them? I don't like broccoli.
