Just another WordPress.com site. Archive January, 2012. Who is the father of my baby? Trying to decipher the typography of my “baby” has got me feeling nervous. I feel way too inexperienced to correctly declare which font was used in a medical text from 18th Century Paris. However, I’m going to take a leap of faith and name a probable father for the typography of my baby: Pierre Simon Fournier. Of Pierre Simon Fournier most certainly resembles my baby. But could it just be pure influence or mimicry?

Just another WordPress.com site. E-Books versus Print Books, who cares? A relatively new debate is brewing among lovers of literature: e-books versus print books. Which is better? Is the Kindle destroying society? Will libraries soon crumble to the ground? Is the Apocalypse nearing? The answer to these questions is (e). none of the above. Magnificent creations such as the iPad, Kindle, and Nook promote literature and education, rather than sabotage society. As discussed in an article published by NPR.

Monday, March 21, 2011. I know that this blog is an epic fail this semester-sorry. But, on a brighter side, I remembered this week. (point for me). How I can prepare now to make sure that I have the family that I want. How I can take what my parents did and make it my own. Nothing could be worse than teaching a child so...
