夏に熟れる早生りのいちじくは、数個だけで、そうおいしいものではありませんが、季節を先取りして運んできます。 もういくつか早生りを食べてしまったのに、次々と熟れています。これでは本生りとの境目がないかもしれません。 いつもジャムをつくるとピンク色ですから、こんなに濃くはなかったはず、味はまずまず、でも本生りのいちじくとはと少し違うような気もします。 一応、ノートパソコンを持って行くので、UPできるかもしれませんが、原則お休みです。 かねてから、コペンハーゲンに住む友人を訪ねる約束をしていましたが、延び延びになっていました。ここらが潮時と決心しましたが、暑い時に涼しいところへ行くというのはなかったこと、どうしていいやらわからず、夜の出発をいいことに、今晩発つというのに荷づくりもまだです。 オーブンで皮つきのまま焼いて、皮をむいて食べたら、とっても美味でした。 半分は茹で卵とサラダにして、半分は輪切りにしてフライパンで焼いたズッキーニ、茹でたジャガイモとサラダにしましたがが、どちらも赤く染まり、いくらでも食べられるおいしさでした。 12300;さあ、どうだ！」.
