Monday, 9 November 2009. This carrot cake is really yummy! And uses no eggs. 160;but instead i have used condensed milk which makes the cake really moist. 11/4 cup Plain flour. 1 cup grated carrot. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1/2 tsp soda bicarb. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp vanilla extract. First sift all the dry ingredients together. . Mix the melted butter and condensed milk and beat well. . Add the grated carrot and vanilla extract to the butter and condensed milk mixture and mix well. .

Thursday, 18 October 2007. Channa dal 3 tsp. Sambar pdr 1/2 tsp. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp. Dessicated coconut 1 tsp. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a vessel and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and channa dal and saute. Add little water just for the channa dal to cook. When the dal is cooked till soft add the coarsely grated carrot and cook till tender. Now add sambar powder and salt to taste and cook for a minute. Sobota, 15 sierpnia 2015. Taka jakby capsule wardrobe. Czyli jak perfekcyjnie spakowałam się na tygodniowy wyjazd. Dawno, dawno temu, przed erą ubrań kupowanych tanio i w nadmiarze, byłam mistrzynią kompaktowego pakowania się na różne wyjazdy. Doszło do tego, że doradzałam przyjaciółce jak się spakować w mały bagaż na długą podróż. 3 koszulki z krótkim rękawem. Długi rękaw - bluza, sweter, bluzka. Doły - jeansy, spodenki, spódnica. 2 sukienki - jedną z krótkim rękawem, drugą z 3/4. Dodatki - szal i torba.
