Quick and easy egg muffins. Makes 6 muffins. Perfect to feed the kids. 1 small Green Bell Pepper, remove the seeds and chop finely. 1 large onion, finely chopped. 2 green chillies, finely chopped. Mangalore Chilli Masala Powder. 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (low fat if possible). 1 Preheat oven to 375 F.
