Tuesday, August 20, 2013. 1/4 c light sour cream. 1/4 c light mayo. 1 Tbsp lime juice. 1 Tbsp white vinegar. 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro. 3/4 head red cabbage, shredded. 2 carrots, shredded. La mer c'est du fenouil cuit dans de l'eau salée et mixé. Le ciel c'est une sauce aurore (mayonnaise mélangée avec du ketchup). Le phare ce sont des oeufs de lump et des morceaux de surimi. La coque des voiliers ce sont des crevettes décortiquées, macérées dans du jus de citron, de l'ail haché, sel, poivre et huile d'olive, puis cuites rapidement à la poêle. Les mâts ce sont des tiges de fenouil cuites à l'eau salée. Les voiles ce sont des navets blancs macérés dans du vinaigre blanc puis cuits à l'eau.
