Monday, January 2, 2012. Wow, I can't believe it is 2012 already and what a year 2011 was! We welcomed Nicholas in February and celebrated Anthony's 3rd birthday in October. I am so blessed to have 2 wonderful, sweet, and healthy little boys. Both are doing great and growing like weeds.Nicholas now weighs 20 lbs. and Anthony finally reached the 30 lb. mark! Is born in Taranto, in the Salento region of Italy.Since when he was a child he was attracted by everything that concerned food and ingredients, in part because of his grandmother Vincenza, that taught him the secrets of organic food, being her a pioneer in Italy of organic agriculture and farming respecting the animals.
