生活的一點痕跡, 一些記錄。 Saturday, February 27, 2016. 學生時代，最愛是新鮮氣氛，前菜冷飲份量夠且預算內的餐飲店。偶而再回到校區，帶上美好期待去品嘗以前自己喜歡的小店，卻常常得到一句「我當時怎麼會覺得這個竟好吃得不得了」的疑問句。 隨著年紀與飲食經驗的豐富，喜歡的東西的輪廓逐漸清晰且穩定。食材的新鮮影響著熟食的美味，當季的食物更是物美價廉。而地域的不同，食材的大小顏色與口感也差別頗大。這次的日本行，我們的住宿因為有了小小的廚房，所以除了幾次的外食，我們整天都在逛超市買食材。京都的蔬果與肉，都跟台灣的物價差不多，所以在京都自己煮食可真是省下不少的外食費用(而且吃超飽)。 10天煮了這麼多食物，真是個美好的回憶。日本外食真的不太飽！自己煮食，吃好飽，每天都有力氣騎車，再加上泡在溫熱的浴缸裡，腿也不會痠。這樣的旅行真是享受。 在京都會見的京都友人也帶我們去京都老店西餐廳ＩＮＤＯＤＡ。在那享用了很貴的經典早午餐，還堅持吃了鮮奶油草莓蛋糕。生火腿跟新鮮奶油真的很夠滋味。 炸豬排、炸馬鈴薯、炸豆腐、蘋果。 壽司便當，野餐地點：丹山公園。 因為我已經養了兩隻貓，所以我知道...
