Friday, July 22, 2005. First time eating kangaroo meat today after coming to australia for so long. mmm.not bad actually other than the unfamiliar weird smell when i cook it. Apparently it is one of the healthiest red meat with less than 2% of fat and contains very high levels of quality protein, iron and zinc. but then (me checking the internet for information on goodness of kangaroo meat).a website says that kangaroo meat are usually sold as dog or cat food.
