We chose the name Manjusha for our Kennel name as it means "box of jewels". This seemed perfect for describing our home with our dogs. In February for 2008, we purchased 37 acres just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved out of the city. This has allowed us to have more dogs, but also sheep and chickens. Currently in Canada there are 4 registered kennels that are producing Norrbottenspets puppies, Naku. The Canadian Norrbottenspets Club. Is working to become the CKC parent club for the breed, and hoping to be holding specialty shows within the next two years. The breed in North America has never been in better shape.

Sunday, 14 July 2013. Egg yolks - 2. Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp. Cocoa powder – 2tbsps. Sugar – 2tbsps. Water – 150ml. Butter – 2tsps. Creme ( Cream custard):. Make caramel and pour into the ramekins and keep aside. For Cream warm cream and take bowl add egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence and stir with electric mixer until sugar dissolve. Next add the cream in the egg York mixture and mix well. Now pour the cream into the caramel ramekins. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 170. 176; C - 45minutes.

Manjusha means box of jewels. We have a small hobby farm just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba, that we share with our Norrbottenspets, Akbash, Border Collie, and Australian Cattle dog, as well as a bunch of sheep, pigs, and sometimes chickens and turkeys. We breed Norrbottenspets, but do so infrequently. Please contact us if you have any questions about our plans. We only breed when we hope to keep a dog, and place puppies in approved homes after interview. The website is under construction.
