Nice Does Matter!: Wedding Woes
http://nicedoesmatter.blogspot.com/2011/07/wedding-woes.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. I am attending two weddings this summer. Such excitement, anticipation, planning, mmm.perhaps some stress. More planning and then the occasional guest who is clueless. I've heard tales of guests who call the Mother of the Bride and ask:. My husband's sister will be in town for the wedding. May I bring her? Is it okay if I bring my baby? May I bring a date? We look at the envelope. What names are written on it are the people (and the. People) invited to the wedding.

http://nicedoesmatter.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 24, 2010. Reproduced with permission from artist/cartoonist, Dave Coverly. Hys-ter-ical. Dave Coverly's cartoon made my husband and I laugh out LOUD! I clipped it and held on to it. I'll definitely. Incorporate it in a future class. The cartoon is spot on. What HAVE we come to? The art of communication is a bunch of grunts without eye contact. An earlier post of mine on how the apple doesn't fall far from the tree is here. I hope the cartoon is far from your reality. To look into their eyes.
