The National Park Service hosted the day and the fort was garrisoned by several American Civil War reenacting groups that are based out of northern California. Sunday, July 25, 2010. At Day At The Ball Game! Had a chance to see The. New Almaden Quicksilvers vs. Oakland Colonels today with some friends from the Spanish-American War group that I belong to. It was a nice change to go somewhere and just be a spectator for once. We watch a very intense game all the while eating peanuts and cracker jacks.
