http://wildwomanwisdom.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Friday, September 26, 2008. NOTE: The dates of these blog entries for this trip are in Pacific Time, but the dates and times I mention within the blog entries are in Philippine time, GMT 8.). It's ironic that a separation - a death - causes a reunion. Somehow the conversation turned into a discussion about the Bible and the Mass and God and religion and existence. You have to understand that, although we were all baptised as Roman Catholics a...

Wild Woman Wisdom: June 2008

Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Saturday, June 21, 2008. I got my car from the garage and followed them to the restaurant. I found a restroom near the lobby where I changed and, as I walked out, I saw Huaying and Steve, and the photographer taking photos of them. But I had to rush to the Metro station to meet Huaying's classmate David. And it was a short and lovely ceremony with a harpist and a woman minister. There was a giggly moment when Steve was saying his vows, and Hu...

Wild Woman Wisdom: February 2012
http://wildwomanwisdom.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Monday, February 20, 2012. Happy 50th, Jon. An open letter to Jon:. On one of your birthdays a long time ago, I said that I celebrate the day you were born because that day brought you to me. I still celebrate the day you were born because that day brought you to me. I thank your soul for coming into my life, for leaving when it was time to go, and for everything in between. Wherever you are in the world, I wish you happiness and peace.

Wild Woman Wisdom: The next adventure

Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Sunday, July 28, 2013. As we drove down the nearby highway, I was still in that trance that I felt as if the trees on the side of the freeway were reaching out their branches to shower us with love. One tree did. After the chat, I browsed in Netflix and found "The Way," a movie with Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez about a father who walked the Camino de Santiago after his son died in an accident on the path. In 2001 to 2003, I did the Avon Breast...

Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Saturday, January 19, 2008. It's one of those pens with stain-removing liquid inside, and you rub it on a stain as soon as you get it, wherever you are. But it was such an unexpectedly witty gift. It takes someone who knows you really well and someone with great wit to think up gifts like that. Harmony has that gift of wit. And I think she might have been my mother in a previous life. lol. Friday, January 11, 2008. Mom to the ER. There was a stri...

Always with a glint in his eye. When my youngest sister was only a toddler, he entertained her and made her laugh by taking on the persona of his namesake, the cartoon character " Felix, the cat. He will be missed. A lot. 169; 2003-2015 Lea Tesoro. Felix, the cat. Mano Ti Sakam, Anak Ko?

Wild Woman Wisdom: November 2011
http://wildwomanwisdom.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Wednesday, November 30, 2011. It was a beautiful day today. I had worked all night, trying to finish a script and didn't finish it anyway, because I decided to create a HUD instead of a series of blue dialog menus. Last night, Dee sent me a text message that Mom was in the hospital again because of her heart. They were doing some tests overnight. I left Mom a voicemail and told her I'd call back in the morning. (I haven't yet.). The tech was a di...

Wild Woman Wisdom: July 2011
http://wildwomanwisdom.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Anything that's processed by this wild woman's brain. :-). Monday, July 18, 2011. I am in Newark, NJ. I had just attended a 3-day seminar by Wendy Lipton-Dibner called "Move People to Action". Last year, it was Wendy's video testimonial that got me to join Steve and Bill Harrison's Quantum Leap program, a marketing program for authors. She talked about how she and her husband Hal only had one credit card for emergencies that they could use to pay for the training and they used it. I had learned so much i...

real life - Autobiography of an Internet Sasquatch
http://www.internetsasquatch.com/real-life.html
Autobiography of an Internet Sasquatch. What's in a name? My mom loves the name Eleanor. Yes, it's really the name I was baptized with. It's in my birth certificate, in my all my school records, in my passport, in all legal documents belonging to me. It's also the name my dad used to call me when I was in big trouble. As an adult, I chose to use "Eleanor" for my professional, technical life. And "Lea" for my personal, creative side. Photo: May 2011 by Portfolios Northwest. Photo: Dec 2009 self-portrait.
