Tisdag 4 november 2014. Då var säsongen igång. I och med första riktiga passet på trainern var säsongen 2015 igång då. Tjuvstartade i och för sig i söndags då jag gjorde det sedvanliga femminuters maxeffekttestet för att sätta nivåerna för kommande sexveckorsblock. Eftersom träningen varit rätt bristfällig sista veckorna misstänkte jag att förfallet skulle vara större än det nu faktiskt blev.
