Thursday, February 05, 2009. I did some digging yesterday and got up and running with a SkypeIn. Number. Surprisingly the quality is pretty good and you cant beat the. Price I really wanted a way to keep my Colorado Springs number for. The people I do business with there and also have a number in Austin. I think Ive got that part figured out. We got another batch of boxes unpacked yesterday night and Angela made. Her marinara and puttanesca for my leave-behinds. Now I need to put. And on the third day.

Tuesday, March 18, 2008. New Tropic Thunder trailer. OK, so I've been mildy curious about this movie since reading articles about over the summer. Then, I got more interested when photos of Robert Downey Jr in the new film came out,. Now we have a trailer. And if Night at the Museum (which I didn't TOTALLY hate) was worthwhile at all, it got Steve Coogan in another Ben Stiller movie, so there's your other bright shining moment for the day. Hypothesis of the day. I had started reading the first volume a f...

Sunday, January 17, 2010. And so ends a fairly uneventful weekend. We watched a couple movies, had some migas, did some shopping and I got in at least one workout. I also ate way too much. This week will be focused on eating out as little as possible. We overdid it a bit over the past couple of days. After trying both of them I tried the Motos back on and realized that I was better off with the cheaper shoe. I present to you my new babies. If only this were me. heh.). But aside from that? So far in 2010.

Friday, January 15, 2010. Catching up on movies (continued). Ok Movie 6 down, now on to 7-9. The Book of Eli. There are areas that bothered me. Some of the cinematography choices seemed to exist in the realm of "We only make a movie every few years so we should try and use every trick we can while we can". Also, there were a few areas that had really old fashioned dissolves. It took me out of the story for a moment. A Boy and His Dog. Ok Good. California. phew. Saturday, January 02, 2010. Another day, another set of movies: Fighter and Whip It. Films Seen in 2010: 3. I started writing this after we watched our first film tonight and realized, after we started watching the second film that I would need to start over and reinstitute something this blog used to do before it went on hiatus. “Oddcoupling”. No, it’s nothing more than me goofing off, but it may be amusing. Our first contender of the evening is 2007’s Danish film Fighter (trailer here. The girl hides w...

Monday, February 25, 2008. Another evening, another post. I don't like the game. I don't particularly care about the game. I love the learning. If I didn't have to hop through the hoops I'd go do it. I hate having to pander to a professor. After all, I'm paying THEM out of my own pocket. That's probably the wrong attitude, but as long as that attitude is there, it probably doesn't make sense to go back. . At the same time, am I being hindered? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thursday, January 22, 2009. Who knows why I end up having these long hiatuses. They're never particularly intentional. I end up getting busy and the next thing I know it's been two months since I've posted a blog. Truthfully though, the last time I stopped blogging I HAD gotten busy and ended up neglecting a promise. I kind of ended up hiding. Now, a year later (has it been a year? So, where are we? I have been doing some introspection though over the past few days. I saw some photos the other day th...

Sunday, February 03, 2008. Hey everyone, sorry for the delay. After a lot of deliberation, I'm pleased to announce that Nicole at As Many As We're Given. Is the winner.
