When someone reaches a million, they hand in their workout log book to be entered into the CLUB and receive a 2015 Million Pound Club T-shirt. To enter your progress you the Pound Progress Tracker to enter your workouts. Only full repetitions count towards total. Proper form must be used. Push-ups and Dips count as 50% of body weight.
