Tales From My Bike. A personal story of cycling. Additionally, the last 5 months of cycling have really kick-started my weight loss and, at the end of July, my weight was 184.3 pounds. That means I’d lost 79.6 pounds since I started this cycling and calorie intake monitoring lark just under 3 years ago. At that time my target was to get to 180 pounds so I’m getting pretty close to that goal. Well, we are now 6 months in to 2015 so time to check on my progress. Probably a combination of all 3 I guess.

Tales From My Bike. A personal story of cycling. At the end of the week I’d completed 381.3 miles so was just under 36 miles short of my monthly target and still plenty of days to get there. Hopefully, I can get up to 500 miles which will be another good effort for me and will help to claw back some of the miles I missed in January and February. Tales From My Bike. A personal story of cycling. The last couple of weeks have been a continuation really of the previous few ones as I managed 4 rides each week. The final distances were pretty similar too with 159 miles one week and then 165 miles the week after that. Over 300 miles in 2 weeks is a total I’ll take gladly.
