Gary has the energy and the experience to continue to represent us at Westminster. Married to Janet with two grown up children and three grandchildren. Long term residents of Plympton and involved in local church. Formerly a solicitor and partner in large Plymouth practice, also serving for 6 years on Plymouth City Council. Elected to Parliament in 1992 and has served as a minister and in the shadow cabinet during his 23 year career. Loves rugby and cricket and supporting Janet’s horse riding passion.
