今日は余裕をもって５時前に起き出し、いつもより早めに外に出て５分ほどウォーキングしてから走り出した。足はパンパン、身体中が重いが、なんとか走り終えた。連休があったのでもう金曜日かという感じ。 656km、45:01、14℃. 走り終わって熱い風呂に入って、あがって体重測定：66.4kg、13.7%. 12300;シンプル」テーマ. テーマ画像の作成者: gaffera. さん Powered by Blogger.

675km、48:01、7:07/km、455kcal、8℃、晴れ. ちょっとひんやりしてましたが、気持ちのよい朝でした。いよいよ春到来ですねえ！ 昨日の近隣マラニックは、ガーデンシティ舞多聞という新しい宅地造成地に行ってみました。新しく歯科医院ができるらしいという情報をキャッチしたので確かめたくなったのです。コストコ神戸店の南西部で、駅から遠く離れてちょっと不便な場所なので、なかなかわかりずらい場所でした。 9:25〜LSD120、17.61km、2:00:01、6:49/km、1182kcal、晴時々曇、12℃. 学園都市にある神戸芸術工科大学と兵庫県立大学の間の道を南下して新しく宅地開発された「小束台」に至りました。 高速道路をまたぐ「ひろこばこどうきょう」という橋を渡って南側の道に出ます。 その南側、マツダの角を南に行くと、ガーデンシティ舞多聞の広い宅地に出ます。まだまだ家が少なく新しい家が建ちかけています。 ガーデンシティを後にしてコストコ、ミクちゃんアリーナ学園南店の前を通って、小束山６の交差点から北上して学園都市に戻ってきました。 新しいモデルが出ると、travel-dbは全...

え？天気予報では曇だったのに。最近予報よくはずれるなあ。 晴耕雨読、雨で走れない時は本でも読むかというとそうは問屋が卸さない、リビングのソファで二度寝してしまった。 しかし、まあ仕事もあるし、無理しないでおこう。その代わり、また階段昇降が待っている。アップルウォッチのワークアウトのアプリから「ステッパー」を選んで、ONにすると、階段昇降の時間、消費カロリー、平均心拍数などを測定してくれる。 夏風邪？冷房病？疲労蓄積？のためちょうどよい休養かと休んだが、朝起きたら少し路面は濡れてたが走れたのかな。最近ちょっと天気予報がよくはずれるな。まあ、「天が休めと言ってる」のだろう。 早朝ランに切り替えてから３ヶ月少しになるが、少し迷いがある。早朝は清々しいが、仕事を控えているため疲れるまで走れない。事実、早朝ランした時は朝の通勤の車の中で猛烈な眠気に襲われることがある。定年退職して気軽な身分ではないので早朝ランは控えめに走っているのが現状だ。これでいいのだろうか。 まあ、まだ神戸マラソンまで129日あるので、とりあえず今のまま控えめ早朝ランを中心にトレーニングしておこう。 昨日は久しぶりに晴れの日曜だったので...
