I ran a marathon.this is how I did it! Nothing super fancy, I didn't follow a specific plan but did what worked for me. I think I came away well trained and was very happy with my performance in the 2011 Chicago Marathon. Do I think I can run a marathon faster.heck yeah! Will I try to do it someday?
