FOOD AND ADVOCARE -These are a few of my favorite things! June 11, 2014. I tried every type of almond butter but just could not do it. This is my compromise, it is so GOOD! Right before my run I ate a half of a banana with peanut butter. I will not blog my entire days meals every time, I just wanted to make a note that this diet is not working and I believe I need to increase calories. I also will mix a big rehydrate if I am feeling. I am done with my ranting and now moving on, The training program I have selected does not necessarily work in strength directly, he says there is simply no time in his instructions but if you want to work it in you can as long as it does not negatively affect your running. WEEK TWO – is it over yet? June 19, 2014. WEEK 3- I have got this! July 1, 2014. But for the first time in a long time I enjoyed the group run. I didn’t think about my time. I didn’t worry about the fact that I might be slowing the girls down because they are better runners than I am, I just ran. We laughed a lot and in the end my time was great for hills!
