Monday, March 30, 2009. The spring fertilizer has been purchased and is at the site. We are waiting on some rain before we apply the spring feeding. All of the irrigation systems have been fully inspected and the repairs continue. All timers have been set to comply with the laws governing water consumption in Polk County (not an ideal amont of water, but it will suffice in the long run). We appreciate your patience. Lawsuit Filed by Belke Financial Services, Inc. Tuesday, July 14, 2009. We have been receiving telephone calls regarding the appearance of the vacant lots. At this time, the Association does not have the budget to keep the lots trimmed on a bi-weekly basis. A 10 day to 14 day mowing cycle would be necessary to keep the weeds. Under the 10 inch height cap mandated by Polk County Ordinances. Volunteers have agreed to use equipment donated. Can anyone give me details where to get all the info on the HOA?

Thursday, February 26, 2009. There have been many, upward of 20, homes changing ownership from the defunct developer to the banks. Communication with the bank(s) property department(s) has been encouraging. You may notice, or hear from guests, that many of the trees are gone or are very thin.
