I looked like an easy recipe but I’d have to be home for at least 6 hours at a time in order to slow low bake the fruit. That is not as easy as it sounds! I couldn’t wait to try it so I stopped by Whole Foods. And bought 3 large ripe organic mangos. I already have organic honey from a fellow Frederick City Market. Roll, cut and tie.

Felicia Romero’s Show Prep →. BSN Lean Dessert Protein Cupcakes. July 22, 2012. This is such a tasty guilt free treat! I make these regularly so I have a quick low carb meal! 4 serving size scoops of BSN Dessert in a bowl – I LOVE the “Fresh Cinnamon” and “Banana Nut” flavors! Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the mix before the water. Add 7-8 oz of cold water. Mix with a whisk until creamy (consistency of cake batter). Don’t use regular paper cupcake cups cuz they will stick. Pre heat oven to 400 deg F.
