Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Just doodling around the other night and this girl arrived on the paper. I don't know who she is, she just turned up. I thought I might put a little collage on her jacket but have not got around to it and once they get a few days old I rarely go back to them. Pastel Pencil - approx. 13 x 13 centimeters on Fabriano Tiziano Pastel Paper. Labels: fabriano tiziano pastel paper. Saturday, March 7, 2015. Labels: fabriano tiziano pastel paper. Saturday, June 7, 2014. Fabriano tiziano pastel paper. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mostly I like to draw. I have explored many of the drawing mediums and use pastel a lot. Portraiture and figure are my favourite subjects but I also enjoy still life and other odds and ends. I have decided to concentrate on Pastel as it is the medium that I enjoy the most so I will try to do pastel sketches as often as I can and will post them here. View my complete profile. http://rosaliewrona.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 1, 2015. Showgirl No. 1. After not drawing for about four months I decided to do a quick sketchy one this evening whilst awaiting the arrival of the New Year. It must have been the glass of celibratory wine that relaxed me enough to get the pastel pencils out for this one. Only about five colours used for this. Approx. 15 x 20cm on Fabriano pastel paper. Saturday, August 9, 2014. Small Sketch on Kraft paper . A small quick sketch on Kraft paper . not a good surface to work on with pastel pencil but as I was running a bit short of decent pastel paper I thought I would try it. Turned out to be a bit smudgy and hard to get any clean lines. Approx. 10cm x 12cm I think . Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Small Sketch on Kraft paper . Thursday, October 31, 2013. I had hoped to keep posting at a more regular rate but it's been a bad news week here so making art is the furthest thing from my mind right now. This is an old sketch done with a Cretacolor Nero Pencil some time ago. PS Thought I had better pop back here just to say that I am ok . Thursday, October 17, 2013.
