Chinese Noodles à la Marcel. Vegetarian, Serves 4). 6 garlic cloves, crushed. 150 g fresh spinach. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely shredded. Fresh spring onions, chopped. Wash and prepare the spinach, chop coarsely. Cook the spinach in 2 liters of water for 1 minute. Drain spinach and set aside. Cook noodles in 4 liters of water until just tender. Dinsdag 4 augustus 2015. Mijn 1e echte criterium van het seizoen. Niet mijn favoriete koersen maar af en toe wel leuk om te doen en vaak kan ik er een redelijke uitslag rijden. Hoe ik er nu voor zou staan was nog wel een grote vraag, het snel door de bochten rijden, vele malen versnellen had ik nog niet gedaan. Die intensiteit is altijd pittig voor het lichaam en vraag de nodige gewenning. Eerste les van het jaar om gewoon door te rijden, pijn is tijdelijk en opgeven voor altijd. Dinsdag 28 juli 2015.
